US Lamp, Inc. will provide a detailed walk-through analysis and design study of your facility. This analysis consists of a room-by-room evaluation and cataloging of the current lighting equipment. We will check ballasts and lamp types for the actual wattage of consumption. We will measure current light levels in rooms to determine if they meet recommended levels for your activities. For any areas that are dramatically underlit, we will evaluate new lighting systems and provide computer design analysis for each of these spaces. For areas that are adequately lit, we will look at cost effective retrofit measures to maximize the energy savings with the least amount of capital equipment cost.

As part of the design analysis, we will also look at applications for occupancy sensors and daylighting controls to maximize energy savings in areas where lighting is left burning and there are no occupants in the spaces. We will also inspect the exterior lighting of your facility and make recommendations for those areas.

The report that we generate will include the summarized audit information of all existing equipment and proposed lighting equipment for the upgrade. We will include lighting design, materials, installation, and disposal costs. The report will include payback and return on investment calculations, based on the annual energy savings derived from the new equipment. Air conditioning savings will also be calculated. This proposal will have firm pricing based on the solutions developed during our analysis. In addition, we will work with your energy provider for any financing options or incentive programs that they may offer. We will be able to accurately analyze their ability to finance this project through the energy savings, with no out-of-pocket expense to your company.

At the completion of the project, we will provide booklets of shop drawings with cut sheets on the various lighting products that are installed. This will enable you to retain a record for future reference on any of the products utilized in the retrofit project.
